Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. Nature of Service

At AuPath Solutions, we provide bespoke digital architecture, AI implementation, and workflow automation. Due to the highly customized nature of our professional services and the immediate allocation of engineering hours and specialized resources, all sales are final. AuPath Solutions does not offer monetary refunds once the service implementation has commenced.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our priority is the operational excellence of your business. While we do not offer liquidity refunds, we provide a Total Satisfaction Guarantee through:

• Unlimited Revisions: We will perform all necessary adjustments to ensure the final delivery aligns perfectly with the technical requirements and objectives established in the initial project scope.

• Performance Commitment: Revisions will continue until the client is satisfied with the functional outcome, provided the requests remain within the boundaries of the original project brief.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that business priorities can shift. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Pre-Implementation: If a project is cancelled before the "Discovery" or "Technical Setup" phase has begun, a refund will be issued minus a 15% administrative and reservation fee.

• Post-Commencement: Once work has officially started (access to systems granted, workflows mapped, or code developed), no cancellations with refunds will be accepted.

4. Technical Scope

A "revision" covers adjustments to the logic and structure agreed upon at the start of the contract. Any request for new features, additional integrations, or changes in business logic not included in the original quote will be treated as a "Scope Expansion" and quoted separately.

5. Legal Notice (EU/Spain)

In accordance with Spanish Law and EU consumer regulations regarding the supply of digital content and services that are not supplied on a tangible medium, the client acknowledges that by requesting the immediate commencement of the service, they waive their standard 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for the Unlimited Revision Guarantee provided by AuPath Solutions.
